As it was a 'hot market' so to speak, Jim did a 'coming soon' MLS listing mid-week and then later in the week activated the listing with showings starting on the weekend which resulted in multiple showings. A number of offers came in and Jim compared them with us, pointed out the pros and cons of each, and offered his assessment as to which ones were top-tier and gave wise counsel as to why he felt that way.
